高校教学管理模式转型的价值取向

摘    要:随着我国高等教育进入大众化、普及化阶段,以及教育的目的已逐渐从过去单一的社会本位向兼顾社会本位和个人本位的方向转变,当前高校传统教学管理模式的转型已显得十分急迫。基于“经济人”人性假设的以科学主义为价值取向的教学管理与基于“社会人”人性假设的以人文主义为价值取向的教学管理是两种主要的教学管理模式,这两种价值取向的教学管理模式都有其合理的一面,但也存在一定的局限性。鉴于高校教学管理主体的两重性、对象的主客观性、内容的复杂性、流程的规范性,基于“复杂人”人性假设的科学主义与人文主义相融合的科学人文主义应是我国高校教学管理模式转型的价值取向。

Abstract:Chinese higher education has entered a new era of popularization. The educational purpose has gradually changed from society-centered to a combination of society-centered and individual-centered direc- tion. So it is a very important and urgent issue to transform the traditional Teaching Management Model in Chinese universities and colleges. There are two kinds of core value orientation of Teaching Management Model based on "Rational-Economic Man" and "Social Man" hypothesis, namely, Scientism and Human- ism. They all have the rationalities and limitations towards today's teaching management situation in Chi- nese universities and colleges. It is wise to adhere to a value orientation of scientific humanism which is based on "Complex Man" hypothesis and is a fusion of Scientism and Humanism in Teaching Management Model transformation because of the duality of subject, subjectivity and objectivity of object, complexity of content and normative procedures in teaching management activities.
