| 摘 要： | 中国传统法律文化经历了数千年的发展历程,为后人留下了丰富的文化遗产.应当科学分析中国传统法律文化不同遗产的性质,结合我国的实际情况决定取舍,将其中合理因素加以继承和改造,为现代的法制建设服务,实现传统法律文化自身的现代化.

| Abstract: | Chinese traditional legal culture can be traced back to thousands of years and has left abundant legacies of culture for descendants. We should analyze the different qualities of the legacies and decide which to accept or reject according to the current situation of China. By inheriting and reforming the reasonable factors of the culture, we can contribute a lot to the construction of Modern law administration and realize the modernization of traditional legal culture. |
