| 摘 要： | 1840年鸦片战争以来,中国这个热爱和平的国家遭受了未曾有过的巨大灾难。一系列的割地赔款让这个古老的国家不堪重负。战争促成民族主义在中国的发展,战争也让中国人开始认识到中国与西方列强之间存在的差距,他们怀着民族自强的决心虚心接受西方国家的政治、教育、文明,而象征力量与武力的体育也得到极大的发展。从中国近代民族主义背景来探讨西方体育在中国的传播和发展,目的在于揭示西方体育的传入与民族主义发展之间的内在联系以及军国民主义在二者之间发挥的桥梁作用。

| Abstract: | From the opium war in 1840,China,the peace-loving nation had been suffered the great disaster it never had before.To cede territory and pay indemnities let the old country can not bear heavy burden,the Chinese people had felt the nation was at stake.The wars contributed to the development of nationalism in China,also let the Chinese began to find out the difference between the country and the western powers.With the national self-support determination,they accepted modestly western politics,education,culture,and sports,the symbol of power and force also got a great development.This paper attempts to discuss the spread and development of the western sports in the background of the modern Chinese nationalism,aim to reveal the inner relationship between the spread of sports and the development of the nationalism,also to show the militarism which plays a role of bridge between them in order to better understand why sports injected fresh blood quickening in modem China. |
