| 摘 要： | 培养学生正确的权利义务观,首先应从正确理解权利与义务的关系入手,准确把握公民的基本权利与基本义务,联系实际教育学生养成依法享有权利和履行义务的自觉性,模范地执行宪法和法律的规定,具备高度的民主法制素质,成为新世纪社会主义建设事业的有用人才。

| Abstract: | To develop students'correct views of rights and duties,the correct comprehension of the relationship between rights and duties is the first step.Students should learn what are the basic rights and duties of a citizen,and then they are helped to acquire consciousness of enjoying rights and fulfilling duties according to law,observing well constitution and law.Thus they might become qualified personels with high sense of law and democracy in the socialist construction of the century. |
