| 摘 要： | 我国是一个有着54．2％农村人口的农业大国，农村教育不仅关系着个人的就业与发展，同样也是促进当前新农村各项事业建设发展的源动力。然而随着当前城市化进程的不断加剧，农村教育暴露出了多种不和谐现象。本文深入分析了新时期农村教育资源落后的现状及原因，提出了缓解农村教育落后问题的几点建议，为构建新时期农村教育的和谐健康发展提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | Ours is a big agricultural country with 54.2% rural population and the rural education does not only relate to individual employment and development, but also exert provide a source power of pro- moting the construction and development of every cause in the present new rural areas.
