| 摘 要： | 我省已在冰上竞技体育发展中取得了辉煌成就，而在冰上群众体育发展中存在相对滞后的现象。因此，利用黑龙江省冬季冰上项目资源发展冰上群众体育项目，是我省群众体育项目可以持久发展的有效途径。通过对我省冰上群众体育项目所具备的历史发展、群众基础、场地设施、专业人才四个方面的优势分析，指明我省借助冰上资源发展群众体育中的有效环节，并作用于我省冰上群众体育项目的良性发展。同时，对扶持政策、参与群体、人员分布和现有项目四个制约因素进行分析，旨在总结发展中的限制因素，为更好地发展黑龙江省冰上群众体育产业提供正、反两个方面的客观前期研究成果。

Analyzing the Advantages for Development and Industrial Restrictive Factors of the Mass Ice Sports in Heilongjiang Province |

| Abstract: | Heilongjiang province has achieved some brilliant achievements in the competitive ice sports, but has a relative lag in mass ice sports development. So, taking advantage of the ice sports winter resources in Heilongjiang province to develop the mass ice sports will be an effective way for the mass sports sustainable development. After analyzing the advantage of the mass ice sports in following aspects of historical development, mass basis, field facilities and professional talents, the paper indicates some effective links with the help of ice resources to develop the mass sports, which can advance the sound development of mass ice sports in Heilongjiang province. At the same time, it analyzes the restraining factors of support policy, participation group, personnel distribution and existing projects. The purpose is to provide the positive and negative aspects of early objective research findings by summarizing the limiting factors in the development for better developing the mass ice sports in Heilongjiang province. |
