| 摘 要： | 《民约译解》以中国传统儒家精神和阳明学作为解释的方式,以卢梭的平等自由和民权观作为要核,温和地回应了幕末明治维新时期的东洋命题,即当时的日本应选择何种道路。这部作品对甲午海战之后的中国学人和知识界具有启发性的意义和影响。

| Abstract: | Nakae Chomin had translated Social Contract into Japanese with Rousseau’s view of equality,freedom and civil rights by.His translation was full of Chinese traditional Confucianism spirit and Yangming school.He gave a soft answer to the Japanese proposition from shogunate to Meiji Restoration,that is,"Which way the Japan government would choose to go".His explanation suggested a new idea to Chinese intellects after the Sino-Japanese War. |
