| 摘 要： | 政府投资工程是以政府为主体,向全社会公民提供公共产品的投资活动;美国政府投资工程具有管理相对集中、职责分工明确清晰、监督体系严格完善、工程担保强制开展、后评价体系独立公正等特点,对我国正在进行的政府投资工程管理体制改革具有一定的借鉴意义。
