| 摘 要： | 随着高职教育迅猛发展，高职院校的数量和招生人数不断增加，教材使用数量随之增加，教材的储存成本也随之提高，教材库存问题已成为很多高校管理者和学者关注的问题。本文将零库存管理理念引入教材管理，从教材管理的各个环节入手，降低教材储备成本，满足学生用书，确保教学的正常运作。

| Abstract: | With rapid development of higher vocational colleges, college number and enrollment have seen a continuous increase. Textbook number and storage cost are also growing, which has driven many college administrators and scholars to think about textbook storage. Starting from procedures of textbook management, this thesis discusses how to ensure normal teaching computing at a lower textbook storage cost. |
