| 摘 要： | 国外图书馆界是用户隐私保护研究这一领域的先行者,通过阅读国外这一领域的研究文献,了解国外图书馆用户隐私权保护的法律法规与行业政策,以及在实践中遇到的问题与协调,并从5个方面对国外图书馆用户隐私保护研究目前的状况进行总结分析与综述。通过了解国外图书馆的用户隐私保护现状,为我国图书馆用户隐私保护提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | The library circles in foreign countries is the pioneer in the research on user privacy protection.By reading the research literatures in this field in foreign countries,this article describes the laws,regulations and industrial policies of foreign libraries in protecting user privacy,and the problems they meet in practice and their coordination.The article summarizes the status quo of research on user privacy protection by foreign libraries from 5 aspects.By understanding the status quo of foreign libraries in protecting user privacy,the libraries in China may use their experiences for reference. |
