| 摘 要： | 以2004—2006年间,参加过冬奥会或世界杯等重大国际比赛的中国自由式滑雪空中技巧女子运动员8人为研究对象,通过对其2005年雪上训练前一周的体能测试结果进行研究,发现一般运动员两侧身体机能普遍存在差别,而高水平运动员两侧身体机能差别较小,其原因在于高水平运动员的体能训练注重了身体机能的均衡发展。

| Abstract: | By studying on 8 Chinese aerials female athletes who have attended the important international competitions such as the World Cup or Winter Olympic Games between 2004 and 2006 and taking their CAST(Conditional and Strength Training) testing results a week before the snow training in 2005,this paper finds that there is universal difference in both-side ability of generic athletes.Moreover,there is less difference in both-side ability of excellent athletes,because strength training and the case of excellent athletes because they paid more attention to the balance development of body ability. |
