| 摘 要： | 通过分析“什么是执政党 ?执政党执政应该遵循什么规律 ?”得出结论 :“三个代表”是关于执政党建设的理论。新形势下党的建设应该掌握和抓住哪些最基本的规律才能完成中华民族的伟大复兴的历史使命 ?这是我们必须认真思考和解决的重大问题。“三个代表”是最基本的规律 ,是加强执政党建设基本理论 ,必须始终坚持和贯彻它。

| Abstract: | By analyzing what the governing party is and what rule the governing party should follow, this article draws conclusion that the “three representatives” is the theory of building a governing party. The “three representatives” is the basic law and the basic theory of building governing party ,It can revive our nation , we should persevere in and carry out. |
