| 摘 要： | 弱势群体就业问题关系着社会稳定与社会公平。我国正处于转型时期时期，弱势群体的总量在扩大，弱势群体的生存与发展问题，影响到小康社会和和谐社会的实现。通过对城市弱势群体产生的原因、就业特征进行分析，在此基础上探讨转型时期城市弱势群体的就业支持体系。

| Abstract: | The employment of social vulnerable groups will influence the social order and justice.Now we are in the conversion period,the amount of the social vulnerable groups is widening.If the problems of their living and developing couldn't be properly solved,it will severely limit us to achieve the social affluent and harmony.Based on analysis of how the social vulnerable groups come into being and their characters of employment,the paper concentrates on the study of the supporting employment system in conversion period. |
