| 摘 要： | 技术创新是企业长久发展的不竭动力。然而，我国企业技术创新的绩效并不高，既有制度、资金、人才等方面的短缺，更主要的在于我国市场结构存在缺陷。我国市场结构缺陷突出地表现为过度竞争和行政垄断并存；这种市场结构严重影响我国企业的技术创新。要加快我国企业技术创新步伐，必须消除市场结构的缺陷。

| Abstract: | Technological innovation is the durable motive to the permane nt develo pment of enterprises. However, the achievement of the technological innovation i n Chinese enterprises is not so good. This situation can be explained in some de gree by the shortage of institution, fund and talent, while the main reason is t he defect of market structure in China. The defect of market structure in China is featured by excessive competition and administrative monopoly. The market str ucture has an unfavorable influence on enterprises' technological innovation in China. In order to quicken the pace of technological innovation in China, the de fect of market structure should be eliminated. |
