| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法对我国高水平运动队的领队、教练员、运动员进行调查。研究结果显示,运动员对目标追求等7个方面,是影响优秀运动员训练积极性的主要因素。

| Abstract: | The investigation is carried out among the coaches, team leaders and athletes in the elite sports teams by the questionare. The results show that seven aspects such as the pursuit of a goal are the main factors, influencing the elite athletes'enthusiasm for sports training. |
