| Abstract: | In this paper, the author discusses some problems on the characteristics and the transition type of the developmental type and inhibitory type P. E. structures. The author points out that the basic characteristic-difference would exist because of the opening in the P. E. system,the activeness degree of the internal elements and the pattern of the arrangement and combination. |
