| 摘 要： | 采用专家咨询法和问卷调查法,对我国甲级女排运动员扣教练员进行调查.结果显示,主力队员的成就感、挑战性、优越感强于替补队员.另外发现,教练员中不同类型的领导作风,不是影响主力与替补队员角色心理的决定性因素。

| Abstract: | The author carried out the investigation on the players and coaches in China's women wol-leyball teams of Class A by adopting the methods of questionaire and specialists' consultation. The results show that the senses of achievement, challenge and superiority of the backbone players are stronger than that of the substitutes. The different leadership styles of the coaches are not the fundamental factor influ-encing the role mentality of the backbone and substitute players. |
