| 摘 要： | 我国的心理咨询起步发展较晚，从对心理枯竭的研究进展来看，关于咨询员的心理枯竭研究较少。然而心理咨询员在工作环境中所承受的压力也在逐步增大，对这类群体进行枯竭研究是非常有必要的。
