| 摘 要： | 本文针对国内学科馆员制度在实践中存在的各种问题,提出应根据高校所属类型,分高、中、低三个层次服务的模型,并指出执行该模型应遵循的原则,即:量力而行原则、实事求是原则和发展创新原则。
