| 摘 要： | 房地产业是国民经济中的一个重要支柱产业,房地产业在我国的城市化、改善人们的住房条件、促进消费、增加就业、拉动经济增长等方面发挥着重要作用。同时中国房地产业在发展过程中也出现了问题,房地产业的不健康发展是中国当前经济问题和社会问题的重要根源之所在。
