论小学教师教学反思中的问题及对策

摘    要:反思是教师专业发展的重要途径。目前在教师教学反思中还存在很多问题,如依据个人的经验对事件进行主观解释;反思材料缺乏客观性;教师缺乏教学监控的"第三只眼";缺乏对教学行为背后教育信念的深入分析等。造成这一问题的原因包括:教师缺乏自我觉察能力;教师教育理论素养低;学校缺乏对教师的分层分类指导;教师自我成长与研究意识淡漠等。因此训练教师的教学监控能力,对不同成长阶段的教师进行分层分类指导并进行行动研究就成为提高小学教师教学反思质量的重要对策。
