| 摘 要： | 近年来，蓝藻已成为太湖的常客，每到夏天蓝藻都有不同程度的暴发，2007年的这次蓝藻暴发影响之大是前几次无法相比的，它严重影响了周边人民的日常生活，从而受到党中央国务院的高度重视。蓝藻问题已不是第一次出现，而为何到蓝藻严重影响人们的生活、生产了才引起社会各方的关注？本文将试图从生态伦理的角度探讨蓝藻暴发的深层原因并在生态文明建设过程中寻找出解决这一难题的途径。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the alga have become frequent visitors to the Taihu Lake, every summer has a different degree of alga outbreaks. The impact of Taihu Lake alga＇s exploding is the most serious in 2007. It has seriously affected the daily lives of people around the Taihu Lake, so by the State Council attach great importance to the CPC Central Committee. The alga question already was not the first appearance. The alga aroused the social＇ attention until it influenced people＇s life and produce seriously. This paper will attempt to search the underlying causes of the outbreak of alga from the perspective of ecological ethics and find a way to solve this problem in the process of construction ecological civilization finding a way to solve this problem. |
