| 摘 要： | 就如何能够引起学生速滑课的兴趣,提高学生的练习熟情,使速滑课能够上的生动活泼,学生通过课上学练和课外锻炼能够达到增进健康、增强体质,养成自觉锻炼的习惯。速滑课对比教学实验结果表明,采用“学练”结合式教学方式,是提高速滑课教学效果一个很有效的教学方式。

| Abstract: | The author talks about how to arouse students' interest in speed skating class,improve students' practicing enthusiasm,make the class actively,and how to make students' healthier,strengthen their physique and form a conscious practicing habit through in-class learning and practicing and after-class exercising.The contrasting teaching experience in speed skating class proves that " learning and practicing" method is an effective way of improving teaching result. |
