教师职业成熟的理性分析及提升对策

摘    要:教师的培养和提高,其实就是促进教师职业不断成熟的过程。教师的成熟与教师职业的成熟联系密切。教师职业成熟的基本特性:责任意识、职业能力、职业成就感、自我意识、自我发展和意志力、自主性,教师职业成熟水平可分为幼稚、欠成熟、基本成熟、成熟四个梯次。在促进和提高教师职业的成熟时要提升教师专业发展的内驱力,增强反思意识,在反思中成长,并在制度的保障下加强培训,寻求内在发展的动力。

Abstract:The promotion of teachers is, in fact, to make the teachers's profession keep on ripening. Teachers's ripeness keeps a close relation with its professional ripeness. The basic traits of teachers's professional ripeness are: sense of responsibility, professional capability, sense of profeeional achievement, self-consciousness, self-development, willpower and sense of initiative. And the level of the teachers' professional ripeness can be divided into four parts: unripe, less ripe, basically ripe and ripe. When we promote the teachers's professional ripeness, we should improve the internal force of the teachers's professional development and strengthen the sense of introspection. Therefore, teachers can ripen themselves by the introspection, strengthen their training under the protection of those policies and explore the internal force of developent.
