岗位胜任力“树”模型的构建

摘    要:对应于构成岗位胜任力的“人格、健康、价值观、动机与意志、知识与技能、能力及成果”等要素,借助树的“根、主干、次干、枝、茎、叶、花和果实”,构建岗位胜任力“树”模型,并通过具体岗位胜任力因子的确立,完成具体岗位胜任力“树”模型的设计。

Abstract:Corresponding to "personality, health, values, motivation and volition, knowledge and skill, ability and achievement" that consist of the "roots, trunk, sub-dry, branches, petency factors, we complete the post competency, the post competency "tree" model is built by referring to the tree's stems, leaves, flowers and fruits". Then, through the establishment of specific com- design of specific post competence "tree" model.
