| 摘 要： | 对应于构成岗位胜任力的“人格、健康、价值观、动机与意志、知识与技能、能力及成果”等要素，借助树的“根、主干、次干、枝、茎、叶、花和果实”，构建岗位胜任力“树”模型，并通过具体岗位胜任力因子的确立，完成具体岗位胜任力“树”模型的设计。
