| 摘 要： | 本文通过对线性规划中的具体运输问题的再研究，提出了一种新的解决线性规划问题的见解。该见解在解决线性规划的实际问题如：生产方案的制定、运输方案的制定和某些线性规划问题的调整方面有优于现行的单纯形法和两阶段法的特点。

| Abstract: | Based on the re-study of the specific transport problems in the linear programming, this paper pro- poses a new view to solve the linear programming problems, which bears characteristics that are more advantageous than the current simplex method and the two-phase method in solving such practical linear programming issues as the making of production plans and transport plans and the adjusting of some other linear programming issues. |
