| 摘 要： | 高师院校特殊专业（美术类、音乐类、体育类）学生相对来说是一个特殊的群体。思想政治意识趋于淡化、集体主义观念趋于虚化、组织纪律性趋于软化、文化基础趋于弱化是特殊专业学生不同于其他专业学生的主要特点。加强和改进特殊专业学生思想政治工作，要确定科学客观的指导思想，把思想教育与严格管理相结合，注重养成教育，加强文化素养，提高学生综合素质；要尊重学生的个性价值，强化“三支”队伍建设和校园文化建设，全面促进思想政治教育。
