| 摘 要： | 利用Bem性别角色量表（BSRI）和适用于大学生群体的《体育生活方式问卷》，对湖南1 254名大学生进行了调查研究，以解析性别角色与大学生体育生活方式特征的关系。结果表明：（1）不同性别角色类型大学生的体育生活方式存在差异，这种差异与其自身所具有的性别特质和个体对社会文化所规定的性别角色期望认同程度有关，其中性别角色对男生体育生活方式的影响更大；（2）男性化和双性化性别特质有助于大学生体育生活方式的良性形成。建议：针对不同性别及性别角色类型大学生的体育需求，因人而异地进行体育指导，淡化性别角色规范对大学生体育生活方式选择的消极影响，引导其形成良性的体育生活方式。

| Abstract: | In this paper, 1254 undergraduate students from Hunan province were investigated with adoption of BSRI (Bem Sex Role Inventory) and Questionnaire on Sports Lifestyle of Undergraduate Students in order to analyze the relationshipss between gender roles and characteristics of the students' sports lifestyle. It was found that there was a difference among different gender roles which was associated with the gender characteristics and the degree of expectation for different gender defined by the social and cultural conventions. Masculinity and androgyny could help form sports lifestyle. Individualized instructions should be given to different gender with different needs for sports and help eliminate the stereotypical lifestyle expected for different gender and form a good habit of doing physical exercises. |
