| 摘 要： | 文章在论述管理创新含义的基础上,指出了图书馆在管理体制、组织机构、人事制度和管理文化等方面存在的缺陷及图书馆创新管理不足的成因,进而从观念、组织、技术、服务四个方面阐述了图书馆管理创新的方向。
