| 摘 要： | 电子出版物与网络信息技术的应用,被人们视为继语言、文字、印刷之后知识生产和信息传播的第四次革命.这一"革命"在引发传统的图书馆工作发生巨大变革的同时,也带来许多新的问题需要及时加以解决.用户教育则是较突出的问题之一.本文通过对高校网络用户上网热情及存在的问题的分析,试提出高校图书馆在网络环境下文献信息服务导向工作的内容及措施,以求对高校图书馆的用户教育工作及读者正确利用网络信息有所帮助.

| Abstract: | The application of electronic publication and information technology brings a profound change of the jobs in traditional libraries and a lot of new problems as well. One of the major problems is the education of library users. The writer analyzes the users' enthusiasm for internet and some existing problems, puts forward the contents and measures of information services in the library under internet condition, which helps in the education of the users and proper utilization of network information. |
