| 摘 要： | 针对现有研究中的不足，提出了组织间学习、控制方式和自主创新之间关系的一个研究框架，从理论上探讨了不同技术差异条件下组织间学习、控制方式和自主创新之间的关系，着重分析了组织间学习过程中两种控制方式的互动关系及其对自主创新的影响。

| Abstract: | The paper reviews the research finding, and points out the lacks of these researches. Then we provide a framework for researching the relationship of inter - organizational learning, control mechanisms and self - innovation, and discuss the relationship in various technological differences. We focus on analyzing the interaction of two control mechanisms in the process of inter - organizational learning and its effect on firm' s self - innovation. |
