| Abstract: | First revolution is new democratic and second is reform and opening to the outside world after the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of CPC. Both the first and second revolutions are effective means and ways which push forward the society to advance and develop. They are related to each other, but distinguished. They are both the real motive force of social advancement and development. |
