微尺度瞬态气泡生长及湮灭的数值模拟

摘    要:对脉冲加热过程中,微型加热器表面气泡的生长及湮灭进行三维数值模拟.通过几何重构和界面追踪的方法获取气液相界面的移动和变化,分析气泡生长过程中整个计算区域内的温度和速度分布.数值模拟结果与同等条件下的实验结果相比,气泡的生长和萎缩过程具有较好的一致性.

Numerical study of transient bubble growth and collapse in microscale

Abstract:A three-dimensional numerical analysis of the growth and collapse of a micro-bubble under pulsed heating is carried out in this work. Geometry reconstruction and interface tracking methods are used to trace the evolution of the free surface flow. Details of the velocity and temperature in the liquid and vapor phases during the growth and collapse of the vapor bubble are obtained. Numerical results for the growth and collapse of the micro-bubble are compared with those of experiments under similar conditions. Comparisons show that the volume evolution of the vapor bubble is well predicted by the numerical model.
