| 摘 要： | 西部大开发不仅为陕西旅游业的发展创造了良好的政治条件，而且在基础设施建设、生态环境的改善、优化经济结构、吸引境外客商方面为陕西旅游业提供了新的多角度的发展契机。我们必须抓住西部大开发的历史机遇，把陕西建设成国内一流的旅游胜地。为此，陕西必须向游客提供一流的旅游精品，一流的旅游服务，一流的旅游环境，开展一流的旅游营销。同时，要争取国家的政策支持，加强西北五省区的联合和协作，共作“西北旅游”一张牌，促进陕西旅游业的进一步发展。

| Abstract: | The nationwide campaign of the Great-leap Developme nt of western China provides not only fine political circumstance for the develo pment of Shaanxi's tourist industry, but also multimedia favorable opportunities of improving the ecological environment, optimizing the economic structure and attracting foreign investments for its development. So a full advantage must be taken of the present historic opportunity to build Shaanxi into a first_class to urist scenic spot throughout our country, which will be able to provide tourists with first_class tourist goods, first_class tourist services, first_class touris t environment and first_class tourist sales. Meanwhile, great efforts should be m a de to obtain the state support in policy and promote unification and cooperation within the five northwestern provinces in a joint strife for a flourishing of tourism in northwestern China so as to refuel the growth of Shaanxi's toursit in dustry. |
