| 摘 要： | 专业建设是一项系统工程，其建设的好坏直接影响到高职院校的生存与发展．通过对高职院校的专业设置、专业结构调整与规划布局及特色优势专业的建设等几方面问题的探讨，提出高职院校专业建设要准确把握区域经济与社会发展的走向，了解市场的人才需求现状和趋势，分析公众需求领域，并妥善处理专业建设中稳定性和灵活的关系．

| Abstract: | Specialty construction is a system engineering that influences the survival ano development of higher vocational colleges. Through discussion of specialty offering, structure adjusting and planning overall arrangement and characteristic advantage specialized construction, the paper propose that specialty construction in higher vocational college should hold tendency of local economy and social development exactly, find out information of employment market, analyze public needing area and deal with well relationship between stability and flexibility. |
