| 摘 要： | 学校开展闲暇体育教育,是引导学生有效地安排闲暇生活,促进学习和生活质量提高的最佳路径。我国应尽快将闲暇体育教育列入国家和学校体育教育的规划和议程;学校应提高对闲暇体育教育意义的认识,努力做到软件和硬件都到位;学校和体育教师应善于把握时机,开展形式多样的闲暇体育教育,应使学生本身成为愉快的闲暇体育教育的组成部分,应加强对学生闲暇体育教育活动的组织和导控。
