特殊教育教师教学基本功的研究

摘    要:随着时代的发展和科技的进步,教学基本功内涵及构成是不断发展的。本文在分析教学基本功概念及特征的基础上,总结了近期有关特教教师教学基本功研究的成果,并认为特殊儿童的教育诊断、制定个别化教育计划、有效课堂沟通与交往、教学反思、教学评价等内容是新时期特教教师必须练就的教学基本功。

Study on Basic Teaching Skills of Special Education Teachers

Abstract:With the development of times and technological progress,the meaning and structure of basic teaching skills has also developed.This paper sums up some study results based on the analysis of the notion and features of basic teaching skills.It also points out that educational diagnose,making IEP,effective class communication,teaching reflection and teaching evaluation,etc.for Special children are basic teaching skills.
