| 摘 要： | 为了提出完善高等体育院校教务管理工作绩效评价的对策，从绩效评价主体、评价流程、评价工作保障措施几方面进行分析，提出具体的完善措施，为高等体育院校运用科学的方法、程序和标准，对教务管理工作做出准确的评价奠定了理论基础。
