| 摘 要： | 个人知识管理已逐渐引起学者们的关注,而对于个人知识管理绩效评估这个十分重要的领域却少有人研究过.本文在综合研究现有文献与理论的基础之上,构建个人知识管理绩效评估理论框架,然后,设计调查方案采集实际数据,运用部分最小二乘法(PLS)构建结构方程模型(SEM),验证个人知识管理过程、个人知识存量对个人知识管理绩效的影响程度.
