| 摘 要： | 创办微型企业是大学生创业的必由之路。国际成功经验显示，坚实的法律制度保障、专门的职能管理机构与专业的大学生创业指导共同构建了成功的创业体系。我国微型企业助推大学生创业必须强化三方面的工作：一是规范微型企业立法流程、完善微型企业法律制度、加强微型企业法律监管；二是建立政府管理服务机构、高校专职指导机构、社会服务机构共同组成的创业机构；三是高校构建跨学科的全校性创业教育体系。

| Abstract: | It is an inevitable way for college students to start miniature enterprises .International experience shows that the successful entrepreneurial system consists of three parts which are the solid guarantee of the legal system, the specialized functional administrative organization and the career guidance for college students .It is necessary for miniature enterprises to strengthen the following aspects as a matter of priority to promote college students＇;entrepreneurship.First, the legislative process should be regulated , the legal system should be improved and the legal supervision should be strengthened .Second, the entrepreneurial mechanism which formed by the government management service organization , the professional organization instruction in colleges and universities , and social service agencies should be established .Third, the interdisciplinary entrepreneurship education should be constructed in the whole school . |
