| 摘 要： | 建立了导师评估体系和评估模型，设计并实现了导师信息管理系统。通过抽样评估导师信息管理系统采集到的数据，得出结果并进行了分析。该导师信息管理系统具有简洁实用的特点，该评估模型是客观、有效的，促进了学科的发展和导师素质的提高。

| Abstract: | The tutor estimate system and the estimate model was established,the supervisors' information management system was designed and realized.Data got from the tutor information management system was sampled and estimated,and the result was analyzed.The information management system was not only succinct but also practical and the estimate model was objective and effective,so the development of course and the quality of supervisor can be improved. |
