| 摘 要： | 由皇帝和中央监察机关定期或临时派遣监察官巡察地方的巡察制度是我国几千年监察制度史上的一个亮点。借鉴巡察制度的成功做法,对于推进当前巡视制度的经常化、制度化和规范化有着积极意义。
