| 摘 要： | 根据WTO《技术性贸易壁垒协议》,分析了技术性贸易壁垒对我国进出口贸易的影响及其原因,在此基础上,讨论了技术性贸易壁垒对我国中小企业技术创新的影响。通过对这些影响因素的分析,指出了技术创新是我国中小企业生存与发展的关键因素。

| Abstract: | According to TBT/WTO,this paper analyses the reasons of TBT and the influences on the export-import trade of China.On the basis of these,the paper discusses the influences of TBT on technological innovation in medium and small-sized enterprises.Through the analysis of influences,the conclusion will be drawn that technological innovation is very important for medium and small-sized enterprises of our country. |
