| 摘 要： | 研究了我国近年来加工贸易的现状和问题，认为我国加工贸易依然处于全球价值链的低端，随着国内外经济环境的变化，新形势下加工贸易的发展前景堪忧。为了促进我国加工贸易升级，应实施一系列战略措施：提高核心竞争力，延伸产业链；注重人力资本投资，促进技术进步；注重专业人才的培养等。

| Abstract: | Based on the study of processing trade of China in recent years, it is found that our processing trade is still at the bottom level of the globe value at the present. With the changeable environment at home and abroad, the prospect of processing trade in our country is uncertain. This paper puts forward a series of strategic measures： enhancing the core competitiveness, extending the industrial chain, paying attention to the investment of human capital, promoting technological progress, and focusing on training professionals. |
