| 摘 要： | 文章采用现场和录像观察法、数理统计法，对2012年湖南省大中学生武术比赛中大学组前六名男、女运动员的难度动作完成情况进行了分析。结果表明，湖南高校优秀武术套路运动员难度完成存在脱节、流畅度差的现象，停顿时间大于3s的情况较多，并有延长的趋势；运动员完成难度动作的流畅度受难度分值的影响小，受难度级别的影响大，并随难度级别的升高而增加；现行武术规则和评判标准缺乏对难度完成流畅度的相关规定；效仿全国高水平优秀武术套路运动员难度演练的节奏和衔接技巧是影响难度完成流畅度差的两个主要因素，提出了应加强运动员身体素质的训练；注重运动员“气”的修炼根据运动员的难度竞技水平；合理编排难度的建议。

| Abstract: | The paper, using the methods of the site and video observation, mathematical statistics, analyzes the difficulty movement completion situations of the first six male and female athletes in Wushu Competitions of 2012 Hunan Province College student athletes. The results show that, Hunan University Excellent Wushu athletes have a disconnect and poor fluency in the difficulty movements, many of their pause time is more than 3s, and have the trend of extension; there are small influences of athletes completing difficulty action＇s fluency by the scores of dif]lculty, but bigger affected by the level of difficulty, and increases with the level of difficulty; current Wushu rules and criteria of the relevant provisions of the lack of complete fluency; follow the national level excellent Wushu athletes difficulty exercise rhythm and cohesion techniques are the two main factors affecting completing fluency difference. We should strengthen the physical quality training; pay attention to athlete ＂Qi＂ practice according to their difficulty level, reasonable arrangement of difficulty actions. |
