科层制下教师专业自主权的规约与寻求

摘    要:分析了现代学校在组织形式上仍采取的是科层化的管理模式的特点,认为科层制可以带来学校工作的高效率,但也严重地限制了教师的专业成长,使教师的专业自主权受到牵制与约束。从提倡人本管理和领导放权两方面探寻了实现教师专业自主权的途径。

Abstract:It is analyzed that the organization form of the modern school still adopts the managing mode of bureauc racy system which is believed to bring high efficiency in the school's working but hold up the teachers' professional development and refrain from the teachers' autonomy rights. The ways to achieve teachers' professional autonomy rights on promoting human managing and the leadership of decentralization are put forward.
