| 摘 要： | 先进的计算机技术，网络通信技术和多媒体信息技术构成的多媒体远程教学系统，是教学媒体的重大进步，也是教学技术的重要改革，它的发展以及人们对它的研究，建立在现代先进的科学技术，教育思想和观念，教育理论和教育改革的基础上，反过来，其研究和发展也必将推动教育理论的完善和教育改革的深化，对拓展人才培养模式，提高人才培养效率等，具有明显的理论意义和现实意义。

| Abstract: | The multi media romote teaching system is composed of comput er technology,network communication and multi information technology,which has br ought about a remarkale progress in teaching and has greatly enriched the centen ts of remote teaching.Its development is based on modern advanced science and te chnology,education concept,education theory and education reform,and in turn,giv es a great push to the development of education theory and education reform,whic h is of great theoretical and realistic significance in braodening out the way t o train new talents and developing efficiency of teaching. |
