摘    要:班级是学校教育的基层组织,也是学生实现个体社会化、发展个性的重要环境。然而,当前中小学班级组织中依然存在诸多病理现象,主要表现为:班主任角色错位;班级管理过程混乱;班级人际关系紧张;封闭的班级组织系统观。有效地把握班级病理及其诊治方法才能保证班级的健康发展,可以从以下几个方面进行:构建民主型班级管理;加强班级规划;掌握病理诊治技术等。

Abstract:Class is the lowest organization in school Education and an important environment for the self- actualization,and self development.However,there are many problems existing in class management,including the incorrect role of the head teachers,ill management,stress in interaction,a closed view in class organization. We must detect the pathological phenomenon and have an exact diagnosis so as to strengthen the class management by using appropriate techniques.
