摘    要:当前我国企业存在着服务观念滞后、服务同质化程度高、服务人员素质较低、服务品牌意识不强、服务在企业之间衔接不畅等问题。为此,需要树立正确的服务营销理念,提供差异化服务,做好服务人员的培训,打造服务品牌,加强企业间合作,共创顾客满意服务。

Abstract:The present Chinese business service is poor in conceptions,similarity of types,working staffs,sense of reputation,and consistency.Therefore,countermeasures are proposed to set up correct marketing ideas,provide with diversified services,improve professional training of staffs,and strengthen ties with counterparts in order to provide with satisfactory services.
