| 摘 要： | 新中国成立以来,特别是改革开放以来,我国不断探索适合我国国情的高等教育管理体制,逐渐形成了中央政府统一领导、中央和省级人民政府两级管理、以省级人民政府管理为主的高等教育管理体制.我国高等教育管理体制虽然近期内不可能有大的调整,但仍然存在着一些问题,局部的调整却势在必行.
